The Senate Committee on Collaborative Research Centres is

• appointed by the DFG Senate,
• responsible for advising initiatives for Collaborative Research Centres, from proposal preparation to the review process to the final funding decision, and is
• made up of approximately 40 scientists and academics who also serve as scientific members on the Grants Committee on Collaborative Research Centres.
