“Research in Germany” at the hybrid Materials Science and Engineering (MSE) Congress 2022

(29.08.22) As home to the leading international congress on Materials Science and Engineering (MSE) in Germany, the Technical University of Darmstadt will be the backdrop for only part of this year’s event. The conference being a fully hybrid event, MSE organisers put great emphasis on online options for attendees outside of Darmstadt. All participants of MSE congress will be able to follow the extensive programme, regardless of location and time zone. The on-site event will be live streamed, as well as recorded for later on demand access.

As exhibitor “Research in Germany” provides information for international researchers about materials science and engineering in Germany and about funding opportunities in Germany.

Join our information and networking events:

  • “Research in Germany” Information Booth, September 28-29, during exhibition hours
Learn more about research and career opportunities in German materials science from representatives of German funding institutions.
  • “Research in Germany” Early Bird Hybrid Science Breakfast,
    Thursday, September 29, 7:30-8:30am

For MSE attendees on site and around the world – the “Research in Germany” Early Bird Hybrid Science Breakfast will be split into two parts:
    • First, with live streaming in place, both audiences will be able to learn more about German research and funding opportunities from experts of research and funding institutions.
    • Afterwards, attendees in Darmstadt will get the opportunity to network and mingle while enjoying complimentary refreshments. At the same time attendees online get the chance to discuss their specific questions about funding and career opportunities in a specially set up videocall.

We are looking forward to meeting you in Darmstadt and online!
