DFG Office Japan introduces funding opportunities for cooperation to research managers in Japan
(30.09.21) The Research Manager and Administrator Network Japan (RMAN-J) organizes a yearly conference for research managers at universities and research institutes in japan. This year’s conference took place online on 14th and 15th September. In an info-session Office Japan introduced the DFG and her funding opportunities as well as information about “Research in Germany”.
Around 35 participants followed the presentations by Dr. Saiki Hase and Myra Bauersachs. In the following Q&A questions about the Collaborative Research Centres and Mercator Fellows as well as about training opportunities in the field of research management in Germany were discussed.
DFG Office Japan will keep contact to the colleagues at RMAN-J in order to support the initiation of cooperation via the exchange of information.
