“german research” – Magazine of the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft
The “german research” magazine considers itself a showcase of basic research made in Germany.
It is issued multiple times a year as an online magazine that comprises easily comprehensible, magazine-style texts with colourful illustrations about DFG-funded research projects from all scientific disciplines. Researchers write the discipline-specific magazine articles for a broad audience of readers with support from the editorial staff, aiming to give vivid insights into their project and research work.

In addition, representatives of the DFG Executive Board and Executive Committee take the floor in the research policy editorial that is part of each issue.
The information provided is supplemented with interviews, portraits, commentaries and background reports, as well as news about the DFG’s international research funding activities.
