25 June 2021
The DFG Senate Commission on Key Questions in Clinical Research is organising the online symposium: “Ideal Positions for Researching Doctors – Do We Need New Structures in University Medicine?” on 25 June 2021.
In existing structures in university medicine, researching doctors are quite often confronted with obstacles in reconciling their clinical obligations with their research activities. Attractive working conditions are required to ensure university hospitals are able to maintain their performance capacity – in order to provide the best possible patient care but also to ensure they keep pace in terms of research and the implementation of innovative treatment methods.
Our online symposium will look at key issues in this context and explore which structures are seen as necessary, both by future high performers and by currently established leaders.
Are you interested in participating in the symposium? If so, please send a mail to sgkf@charite.d and we will send you a personal invitation link to register for the symposium.
