Priority Programmes
All guidelines, templates and further forms for this programme can be found in the below list.
Please note that proposals to establish a Priority Programme cannot be accepted for the deadline of 15 October 2025 (further informatio(interner Link), in German only). The next deadline for submitting proposals to establish a Priority Programme (with funding as of 2028) is 15 October 2026.
This does not affect the submission of project proposals for an already established Priority Programme in response to a call for proposals.

elan Templates
Here, you find the elan templates that you need for electronic proposal submission. The templates are also provided via the elan portal.
When preparing your proposal, please use the relevant template to describe the project. If you cannot use the template, please make sure to use the outline provided. Please enclose the project description as a PDF file to the electronic template.
Coordination Proposal
The initiators of the programme appoint a coordinator. The coordination proposal can only be submitted by a designated coordinator.
